Tammy Newberry brings 43 years of title and escrow experience to her role as Commercial Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title in San Antonio. She began her career with Alamo Title as an order entry clerk and advanced to commercial escrow assistant. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in commercial closings, underwriting, auditing, builder accounts, policy administration, regulatory compliance, and title operations management. Tammy also owned and operated a title outsourcing business and has trained attorneys and escrow officers in commercial operations.

Originally from Dilley, Texas, Tammy was raised in Pearsall and has called the San Antonio area home for many years. She has three children and two grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, crocheting, and holiday decorating, as well as spending time with her beloved chocolate Lab.
