Daniel is a native Texan and a Texas Tech University graduate where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. With more than a decade of experience in the title and escrow industry, he brings a deep understanding of complex transactions and a practical, solutions driven approach to every client relationship.
Earlier in his career, Daniel advanced to one of the national commercial services team, where he supported nationwide clients on Texas-based title and escrow transactions. This experience included large, multi-site and multi-state deals across multiple asset classes.
Today, Daniel focuses his practice on the Texas market, partnering closely with commercial real estate professionals to deliver responsive, reliable service, tailored to each transaction. A proud member and supporter of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA), he remains deeply invested in the continued growth and success of the local commercial real estate community.
