With more than two decades of experience spanning real estate, marketing, title insurance, and operations, Toni Altum brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her role as Sr. Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title in San Antonio.
Toni began her real estate career in 1994, earning her real estate license before transitioning into title insurance in 1999. She expanded her expertise through marketing and moved into escrow in 2007, building the kind of end-to-end industry knowledge that translates directly into smoother, more accurate transactions for every client she serves. From 2016 to 2020, she served as San Antonio County Manager for First Western Title, deepening her experience on the operations side of the title business and broadening her leadership perspective.
A graduate of The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Toni is also deeply invested in the professional community. She has been an active member of CREW San Antonio since 2013 and a proud member of CCIM since 2015, reflecting her commitment to commercial real estate excellence.
